Incumbents see little ‘red wave’ impact on Las Vegas council races

Local Democratic and Republican officials figure that the red wave that just swept congressional and Nevada legislative and constitutional races probably will reach next year’s municipal elections for city councils, though most Democrats who plan to seek re-election say they don’t expect much impact on their races.
