Family wins 'American Idol' party from Ford

Adam and Kris of "American Idol" were big conversation topics at Larry and Tracey Long's Ford Fusion house party, which was one of 1,000 Ford-sponsored parties nationwide to celebrate the "American Idol's" final show of the season.

Kris Allen won the title of Idol, but the Longs felt like big winners, too.

"We love being one of the house party sites for the all-new 2010 Ford Fusion and to celebrate the finale of 'American Idol,'" said Tracey Long. "It is hard not to idolize this Fusion from Friendly Ford."

Approximately 50 people attended the Longs' party. Guests ate, swam, played games and participated in an "American Idol"-themed karaoke contest with prizes from Friendly Ford and Ford Motor Co. Larry Davis, a salesperson from Friendly Ford, delivered the 2010 Ford Fusion to the party.

"Larry is great to work with, is friendly and looks just how you want your honest sales person to look," Tracey Long said.

The new 2010 Fusion combines style and comfort, and the highly fuel-efficient 2010 Fusion Hybrid Ford recently achieved gas mileage of 41 miles per gallon, a first for the midsized car market.

Test drive the all-new 2010 Ford Fusion at Friendly Ford. Friendly Ford is a 13-time winner of Ford's President's Award for exceptional achievement in customer satisfaction and is located at 660 N. Decatur Blvd. Contact Friendly Ford at 866-409-2494 or online at www.friendlyfordlv.com.
