Findlay dealerships hold toy, coat, food drive

Every year, Findlay Honda Henderson and Findlay Cadillac team up with the Church at South Las Vegas and IMPACT, a local nonprofit group, to host a coat, food and toy drive to help out the Las Vegas community. Proceeds from each vehicle sold now through the end of the year help provide much needed items for local families.

“Giving back and helping build up our community is a vital part of our family of dealerships,” said Scott Ramer, the general manager of Findlay Honda Henderson.

The drive started Nov. 1. Any donations can be dropped off at either dealership and at the Church at South Las Vegas, 3051 W. Horizon Ridge Parkway in Henderson.

Donors can bring new unwrapped coats, hats, gloves, toys and nonperishable food items to Findlay Honda Henderson, 933 Auto Show Drive in Henderson, 702-568-3500; or at Findlay Cadillac, 993 Auto Show Drive in Henderson, 702-558-2600

“We take any opportunity we can to help out our community,” said John Saska, general manager of Findlay Cadillac. “But we know that our help is most needed during the holiday season. We encourage everyone to get involved. It really helps those in need to have a comfortable and enjoyable holiday.”

Proceeds from each vehicle sold through the end of the year will be donated to helping families during this holiday season.
