Friendly Ford wins top awards

Friendly Ford recently won several of Ford’s top awards.

The President’s Award is Ford’s highest honor for customer satisfaction. This award is given out to fewer than 10 percent of Ford dealers nationwide. This is the 15th time Friendly has won this prestigious award.

They also received the prestigious Partners in Quality Award for customer satisfaction, and a Top 100 Award from Ford Motor Credit.

The Partners in Quality Award is Ford Motor Credit’s most prestigious honor, and charts the highest level of success by a select group of dealers. Friendly Ford is one of a handful of dealers nationwide to receive this award.

The Top 100 Award is based on Ford Motor Credit contracts. Friendly Ford finished 43 in the nation.

“The new facility is just awesome,” said Greg Rector, regional manager of Ford Motor Credit about Friendly Ford’s recent major renovation. “But Friendly Ford has the same strong customer service and that keeps people coming back to Friendly Ford time and time again. These awards signify that.”

Added Chairman Ed Olliges: “Friendly Ford Employees did it again. You put the customer No. 1 and delivered complete customer satisfaction. That is why we won these awards from Ford and Ford Motor Credit.”
