Ali and Fred Schagel are fans of Planet Hyundai; they recently bought their third vehicle from the Centennial location at 6200 Centennial Center Blvd.
The latest purchase was a 2013 Hyundai Sonata, complementing their 2012 Sonata and a 2012 Elantra.
“They sent us a flier saying that they would buy back our 2012 Sonata for another vehicle,” Ali Schagel said. “We got the 2013 Sonata for practically the same money along with a lower interest rate. We ended up with a newer car for the money.”
The couple moved west from New York in 2006 saying that the Silver State offered an ideal retirement environment. Five years later, they bought their first car from Planet Hyundai.
“We came here because we were very impressed the first time with their willingness to work with us,” Ali Schagel said. “Whenever we bring the car in for service, everyone has gone out of their way to help us. From sales to service and everything else, this has been a great experience.”
The 2013 Sonata is a favorite for Ali Schagel for many reasons.
“I especially like it because it’s red,” she said. “I’m also impressed with the gas mileage and Hyundai’s overall reliability. It’s just a great looking car. It’s not too big and it’s not too small ... it’s the perfect car for me.”
The warranty offered by Hyundai on all of its new vehicles was another factor in their purchase.
“We got the extended warranty that covers absolutely everything,” Ali Schagel said. “Once we got in here, we have always felt comfortable thanks to the way the staff makes us feel, how they treat us and the great vehicles we end up with. The warranty is second to none and the Planet Hyundai service department is wonderful to work with”
The Hyundai warranty covers the engine for 10 years or 100,000 miles, as well as five-year, 60,000-mile bumper-to-bumper coverage.
“It’s very rewarding to see returning customers.
