Funny how we define our Southern geography here, with a variety of cities and states drawing votes: The Kitchen and Bakery, Championship Barbeque and Z Tejas Grill among them. In the end it was Big Mama's, which would be at home in any of those places, capturing the honor over the now-defunct Cousin's Cafe.
