Readers' Pick: INTERNATIONAL HOUSE OF PANCAKES

Multiple locations
Readers hop to IHOP and its mostly low-priced menu of pancakes, omelets, more pancakes and other breakfast fare. As such, IHOP gets its first-place title while popular Blueberry Hill will have to settle for second-place honors for now.

Our Pick SMOKE RANCH JUNCTION

2425 N. Rainbow Blvd.
Three magic words: "Breakfast served anytime." This unassuming video poker bar offers a small separate dining area done up like a turn-of-the-century saloon where paid "dates" were a nonmenu option. It's quiet, relaxing, with only a few tables and usually just one server. Be patient and you can enjoy a full breakfast at any hour for $1.99 or splurge a bit and order the $2.99 steak and eggs platter.
