We're a little suspicious that Hooters' buxom female servers in dated hot pants may have played a factor here, but we'll let it go this time. Readers tabbed the quality wings at the owl-themed eatery (yeah, right!) with Villa Pizza's version served by fully clothed workers coming in second. Could Cheetah's gents club someday enter the wings war with a topless delivery service featuring "super-hot" orders and free ranch dressing?  Our Pick: CHUY'S MESQUITE BROILER4460 S. Durango DriveThe small California Tex-Mex chain brought a surfboard-and-graffiti vibe to its first dig into the desert market. We like funky and offbeat joints, especially when there's cheap eats that taste like they deserve a good-buy award. Chuy's does - the wings are mesquite grilled and as tender as they are flavorful - and the family-friendly restaurant and watering hole may not be a semi-secret for long.
