Coffee ShopReaders' Pick: RIOWe won't argue this one, since we were hanging out, eyeing the poolside scenery at the Rio Beach Cafe back when the place had only three or four places to eat. What did surprise us was how far the Rio pulled ahead of Boulder Station and 16 other contenders, making us think it's time to try the place out again now that swimsuit season is near. Our Pick: AMERICA3790 Las Vegas Blvd. South Let's be different. Really different. The name is America, which conjures up images of apple pie and a dang fine cup of joe, but this New York-New York eatery is a far cry from your generic casino coffee shop. There's a curved bas-relief map of the United States to look at while you're waiting for your pizzas and burgers, but the hardwood floors and downtown vibe give it a, well, New York state of mind.
