Readers' Pick: GOLD COAST

  • 4000 W. Flamingo Road
Let's see, the can opener (10,000 points)? Or the rotisserie cooker (45,000 points)? It's Las Vegas' version of the old green stamp game. Simply known as "The Club" to its loyal supporters, the Gold Coast reclaims some points from newer competitors this year, with another old favorite -- Palace Station -- plunking down the plastic for second place.

    Our Pick: SILVERTON

  • 3333 Blue Diamond Road
Call us losers if you will (that's what we do), but we're always partial to a slot club that awards points on the "coins in" count rather than how much we win. The Casino Formerly Known as Boomtown does that and more: You basically double your money, since you don't have to choose between "cash back" and comp points. That's right, you can take the money -- $1 for every 350 points -- without losing that buffet credit.
