Readers' Pick: MOONSTRUCK GALLERY

  • 6322 W. Sahara Ave.
Review-Journal readers were struck once again by Moonstruck Gallery, returning this category's 1995 winner to the top spot. With a varied selection of limited-edition prints, crafts, collectibles and other items, Moonstruck is one of those places you go when you need to get a present for a special someone -- but first need inspiration to make an inspired selection. The Thomas Charles Gallery finished second.

    Our Pick: ARTS FACTORY

  • 103 E. Charleston Blvd.
Las Vegas doesn't have much of an arts scene -- or a downtown scene, for that matter. But both are livelier than they used to be, thanks to this funky outpost that opened in June with more than 20 arts-related tenants, including photography studios, a tattoo parlor and a number of galleries reflecting a variety of interests and styles.
