         Astute readers realize that Hallmark means more than cards -- although its recent 99-cent card stratagem has been a consumer service. All stores have gift possibilities such as stuffed animals and figurines, but the larger Showcase locations also offer food, home-decor items, balloons and more.          Let the Ivy League's sounds of babbling brooks and birdcalls comfort you. Mini-waterfalls are for sale, though birds are not. Still, there's an excellent selection of accessories for a back yard, such as bird feeders, sundials and chimes. The indoors sort will enjoy tea sets, jewelry, gourmet food and unusually colored bars of glycerine soap that are sold by the slice. Add in an ample selection of modern collectibles and there really is something for everyone at this Victorian-flavored store.
