MallReaders' Pick: BOULEVARD MALLTourists routinely mingle with high schoolers and retirees at the Boulevard -- an oldie but goodie when it comes to local malls. The mall underwent a major remodeling a few years back, making it the largest in Las Vegas. The Boulevard also boasts an outdoor security detail on horseback. The mounted guards fulfill a practical function f+iandf-i engender good will. It was close but no cigar for second-place finisher, the Galleria at Sunset in Henderson. ![]() Our Pick: FORUM SHOPS AT CAESARSWe thought a mall could not get any grander. But the Forum Shops burnished its considerable reputation by opening a new wing. Look for an improved animatronic statue show, more designer shops and painted Italian skies. Face it, where else in town can you find a cafeteria that specializes in caviar? It may be pricey, but Forum Shops beats them all at spectacle.
