PF Chang's racks up its third win in a row, thanks to its California-tinged ambience, comparatively pricey but not exorbitant prices and general friendliness to those with foreign (i.e., non-Asian) culinary sensibilities. The dining experience at PF Chang's includes wraps and sophisticated versions of Amerasian favorites. Chin Chin Chinese Restaurant placed second.

Chin Chin offers a fine selection of delicately flavored California-style Chinese fare with sauces that are, for the most part, light and healthy. There's a nice variety of dishes, from a curry tofu thingie we wouldn't think of ordering anywhere else to Szechuan dumplings and roasted chicken and ribs.
