Readers' Pick: YOLIES BRAZILIAN STEAK HOUSE

3900 Paradise Road
You've seen Yolies in Best of Las Vegas before, and readers must continue to like it for its intriguing rodizio-style grilled offerings, which involves grilling meats and chopping them up. Sometimes, when a basic broiled steak seems a tad boring, it's nice to have a carnivorous workout with a different spin than the usual slab o' beef. Big Mama's and Marrakech Restaurant tied for second.

Our Pick: SAM WOO BBQ RESTAURANT

4215 Spring Mountain Road
In a basic, almost cafeterialike atmosphere, this storefront in the Chinatown Plaza serves all sorts of great noodle dishes and reasonably priced tasty stuff, including a lot of grilled things we didn't know could be grilled, and actually might not order anyway. But Sam Woo often is crowded -- it's open until the wee hours of the morning -- so we figure we're probably walking away with something that's authentic, even if we don't always know exactly what it is.
