The Flamingo location is open until 4 a.m. daily, and diners can enjoy steak sandwiches and other such filling eats off of a late-night menu. From Tuesday through Saturday, you can even hear live jazz as you unwind in the restaurant's wood-heavy, clubby atmosphere.
