Viva Mercados offers a selection of 10 or so salsas featuring roasted peppers and other such fresh, yummy ingredients. Some are rather hot --which is sort of like saying that Las Vegas can be rather warm in August -- but there's enough of a variety here to complement any entree and do whatever degree of damage to one's taste buds one might desire.
