"Achy-Breaky" fever long since cooled, line dancing is back to something real cowboys and cowgirls do, and it's business as usual at the not-so-trendy Dylan's for a fourth straight win. The old favorite on Boulder Highway offers a broken-in atmosphere that's just right for honky-tonkin'. Dylan's longtime neighbor across the road, the venerable Roxy's Saloon inside Sam's Town, gave it a good run for second.

We're a bit premature with this pick, since Gilley's just set up shop during the National Finals Rodeo in December. But the 9,000-square-foot club -- which holds about 700 for concert acts -- seems ripe to supply something Las Vegas is missing: national headliners in an open club atmosphere, with a dance floor instead of the cramped folding-chair setups that greet name acts when they play the local casinos.
