This brew pub opened as the first Las Vegas Gordon Biersch, but went its own way with its own brewmaster cooking up Biersch-like recipes. If you like beer more than jostling with people, this is an alternative that also has interesting music, usually jazzman Rocco Barbato or Beatles cover band The Fab.
