Las Vegas is no place to be in love, judging by low response for this category. But for the second consecutive year, those who found romance under the neon sky prefer the perennial '70s groove of the Peppermill's Fireside Lounge, a place where the comfy sofas and the namesake circular fireplace is complemented by a groovy, shagadelic ambience worthy of "Jackie Brown," "That '70s Show" and all things retro-niscent of the Barry White decade. The Rio's VooDoo Lounge was a distant second.
