He spent four years as artistic director of the Hong Kong Ballet Company, so Nevada Ballet Theatre artistic director Bruce Steivel seemed like a choice expert to give us the lowdown on the best Chinese restaurant in town. He's tried several Chinese restaurants since he came to Las Vegas in 1997, but one stands out. ³PF Chang's China Bistro (4165 Paradise Road) has good Asian food, wonderful atmosphere,² Steivel says. ³And it's a good place to meet people.²
