Guercio ‹ who conducted Elvis Presley's stage orchestra in the ¹70s and is musical director of the multimedia tribute ³Elvis ‹ The Concert,² which recently toured Europe ‹ is a familiar face at the tiny restaurant that sits in a strip mall at 2202 W. Charleston Blvd. Among his favorite dishes are the tuna poki and the Alaska roll which includes salmon, crab and green onion. ³The prices are good, the fish is fresh and the hospitality is wonderful. ... I've been going there for years,² he proclaims.
