The MGM is a perennial in this category, winning in 1997 and 1996, too. Nothing new to report here, just a reiteration of the confusing way the levels are numbered. Maybe bad-parking syndrome is contagious because an MGM neighbor, the Showcase Mall, was readers' second-place pick for parking that's the pits. Let's hope that some of the megaresorts just opened or due to open soon -- Mandalay Bay, The Venetian and Paris -- don't provide any competition to the MGM in the way of garages that are poorly laid-out and marked.
