Traffic's a polite term -- with all the expletive adjectives deleted -- for what Las Vegas motorists face on the road. Driving or sitting waiting, bumper to bumper amid noxious fumes, is an experience you contend with daily. We hope this vote was cathartic, because local road planners say the situation isn't going to improve much until well after the turn of the millennium. Community growth -- which causes all the durned traffic -- placed a distant second.
