Talk about foregone conclusions. This tangled "pasta pocket" of an interchange is not only over capacity. The road engineers who are redesigning it -- just to keep drivers' feet nimble on the pedals -- also frequently redirect the lanes. To top it off, they regularly move that monstrous yellow bridgelike construction crane overhead, so we can be distracted by potential falling objects in new places. That pesky intersection at Decatur Boulevard and Sahara Avenue finished second.
