If you like the view flying into Las Vegas at night, you can hang on to it a while longer with a trip to the top of the tallest structure west of the Mississippi. The Strat dwarfed runner-up Voodoo Cafe and Lounge atop the Rio (3700 W. Flamingo Road), but don't let that stop you from visiting for a different angle on the valley.
