We've had a lot of fried artichokes in our time, but never any quite like these: Instead of just breading and frying whole artichoke hearts, Gordon Biersch somehow manages to give the treatment to the choke's delicate little leaves. They were so good, we didn't remember a whole lot else about our stop at Biersch.
