Here's a rare case where two locations of the same restaurant aren't the same. While the Paradise Road location serves the lunch crowd, the Flamingo counterpart opens in the late afternoon and then stays open until 4 a.m. It's one of the few places outside of the casinos where you can get a full high-end menu after midnight. Blueberry Hill, a more obvious option for 24-hour eating, was second.
