Place for a Power Lunch

Readers' Pick:
P.F. CHANG'S CHINA BISTRO
1095 S. Rampart Blvd.
4165 Paradise Road
New restaurants in the Hughes Center haven't kept the suits from jumping across Flamingo Road to this tony and attractive blend of American and Chinese cultures and cuisines. And because Las Vegas doesn't have a traditional downtown business center, there's no reason why the powers that be can't do lunch out at their new location either. The Palm Restaurant was a distinguished second.

Our Pick:
PALM RESTAURANT
Forum Shops at Caesars
3500 Las Vegas Blvd. South
It's easy to pretend you live in a center of high finance at this Forum Shops steakhouse that could be a location for "Wall Street." Think power lunch and you always think red meat, but the Palm goes you one better by replacing the boring fries or chips with its famous cottage fries, a homemade potato chip and onion ring concoction. Moreover, the Palm always updates its caricatures of local power brokers, meaning you might spot your lunch adversary on the wall.
