This salad buffet was an out-of-the-gate success. It has been open only two years this month, and here wins its second nod from readers as the nonhotel place to see how high you can pile a plate with beets, broccoli and croutons before the ranch dressing starts to run off the plate and across Rainbow Boulevard toward Souper Salad, a distant second.
