Sweet Tomatoes, which we're running out of things to say about, was the second choice. Our Pick: RAW TRUTH 3620 E. Flamingo Road The name says it all at this cafe that opened in early 1999, minus a stove or microwave. The rule is that nothing is cooked, conveying owner Bob Saladino's belief that vegetables, nuts, grains, seeds and fruits help rid your body of toxins. Salads and -- believe it or not -- flatbread pizza and lasagna are among the popular menu choices. | ||
