Best Production Show

Readers' Pick:
"O"
Bellagio
3600 Las Vegas Blvd. South
Well, it just goes to show what kind of honors $92 million will buy. "O" is the most expensive stage show in history and a one-of-a-kind experience, whether you're looking up at people dangling from an overhead carousel or down at a 50-foot lake, which can change to dry land in seconds -- just in case you were getting bored. A second-place nod for "Mystere" kept the victory in Cirque du Soleil's house.

Our Pick:
"MYSTERE"
Treasure Island
3300 Las Vegas Blvd. South
As amazing as "O" is, a lot of people still prefer the older Cirque du Soleil show. The audience is physically closer to the performers at "Mystere," and you get a better sense of the human derring-do that's involved. You leave with the feeling that the humans, not the stage, are the stars. Plus, ticket prices are at least $25 less than "O."
