Best Paying Slots

Readers' Pick:
FIESTA
2400 N. Rancho Drive
Reputations and word-of-mouth count for a lot in the superstitious gaming world, and the Fiesta -- known for treating reel fans with the same respect as video poker players -- makes enough coins ca-jingle back into that tray to score a second consecutive victory. Downtown's Fremont finished second.

Our Pick:
FIESTA
As noted, it's hard to rationalize slot pay, and casinos are tight when it comes to coughing up real data on payouts. But statistics reported to state gaming authorities are divided into geographic regions, and they show this Rancho Drive area to be a hot little triangle. Having to compete with Texas Station and Santa Fe means the Fiesta is willing to work a little harder to keep the machines loose and the promotions creative.
