Guest Pick: Worst Traffic Trouble Spot

WEATHERCASTER RACHEL BOESING

During the past four years, KVBC-TV, Channel 3's entertainment reporter/weather anchor Rachel Boesing has encountered a lot of traffic problems while driving around Las Vegas.

But to her, nothing could be worse than the congestion on Decatur Boulevard at Sahara Avenue.

"And it's not so much during problem traffic times," Boesing said.

The heaviest part of the day is usually between 2:30 and 3 p.m., Boesing said. It has taken her up to 15 minutes just to get through the intersection.

"When you drive there's a certain amount of congestion you expect," Boesing said. "But you need to make plans just to get through there."
