P.F. Chang's has three valley locations that are easy to reach for nearly any valley resident, and the food there is equally accessible -- and carefully considered. Spicy chicken, for example, is paired with cooling lettuce cups, and for an offbeat touch, stir-fried chicken is served with mangoes. There are lots of noodle dishes, too, and several offerings for vegetarians. Panda Express was a distant second.
