5 & Diners have the look, although they're a lot snazzier than Arnold's and its ilk, even in their glory days. They have the stuff, too -- and at bargain prices -- such as real, old-fashioned ice-cream milkshakes, burgers and fries, meatloaf and pot roast, and even spaghetti and meatballs. Blueberry Hill came in second.
