Michael and Wendy Jordan have turned their wanderings through the regions -- and regional foods -- of the United States into inspired cuisine at their original restaurant and at the newer Rosemary's at the Rio, 3700 W. Flamingo Road. As a result, locals are finding themselves feasting on things such as Hugo's Texas BBQ Shrimp with Maytag Blue Cheese Slaw or a grilled veal chop with soft cheesy grits and sautéed wild mushrooms. Andre's French Restaurant finished second.
