Finally, readers can visit the Cheesecake Factory without schlepping all the way through the Forum Shops at Caesars, 3500 Las Vegas Blvd. South. And when they get there, they can start with the cheesecakes -- dozens of cheesecakes, in varieties that include dulce de leche and Key lime and brownie sundae -- and work their way back through the steaks and fish and sandwiches and omelets and salads, all the way to appetizers. Whew. The Henderson outlet of Mimi's Cafe was a bridesmaid by one little vote.
