We're as baffled as readers as to why the world hasn't discovered Jazzed, which puts out some truly superlative risottos in about a zillion versions. It's a funky spot but the food is dead on, and includes salads, such as Asian pears and tangerines on arugula; a wondrous artichoke lasagna; and even something called Funky Chicken. Truth in advertising: It contains chicken with tequila, figs and raspberries. Marc's was an undiscovered second.
