Readers can do it themselves at Sweet Tomatoes with a truly impressive variety of ingredients, or they can partake of tossed salads such as Bartlett pear and walnut, classic Caesar or won-ton chicken, or prepared salads that may include artichoke rice, mandarin shells with almonds or tuna tarragon. And to accompany that salad, they might have some focaccia or a chocolate brownie muffin. So what's not to like? Souper Salad was a distant second.
