P.F. Chang's offers patio dining at all three of its Las Vegas locations, so readers can enjoy Chang's food al fresco and get a change of scenery, too. The patios are open whenever the weather cooperates, but there are propane heaters and misting systems to extend that cooperation. Cafe Nicolle was a close second.
