When it rains, it pours -- at least at this refreshingly cool hot spot, a 25,000-square-foot, multilevel megaclub positively brimming with distractions. From go-go dancers to waterfalls, from squishy water seats in the pool lounge to eye-popping pyrotechnics, from top concert acts to constant celebrity sightings, there's so much going on you don't even need to hit the dance floor to have a blast. Befitting its top-club status, Rain dethrones last year's winner, Studio 54, demoting it to second place.
