At 1,100 feet, it's a standout again in this category. It's tough to
find a better place to see it all in the city that has it all. You
can step outside to get the full effect of the elements or stay
safely behind the slanted glass. The Eiffel Tower at Paris, at the
heart of the Strip, was second for a great view.
