Colleen May loves seafood, and her favorite place to get it in Las Vegas is at chef Gustav Mauler's BullShrimp in Green Valley Ranch, 2300 Paseo Verde Parkway in Henderson.
May and her husband, Steve Budin, had their wedding rehearsal dinner and cocktail reception for out-of-town guests at the restaurant last year.
"The atmosphere is really cool. It's modern decor. The seafood's fantastic. And they have the best chopped salad," May says.
