Kerry Simon may eat well as a chef of the restaurant at the Hard Rock Hotel, but that doesn't mean he has to fatten out of shape. He says he's an extremely conscientious connoisseur of health.

Every day, he works out and does yoga. He goes to Canyon Ranch SpaClub at The Venetian, 3355 Las Vegas Blvd. South. As a bonus, he says, salon director Michael Boychuck is "an extremely talented hairdresser."
