BRAINtrust Marketing + Communications, one of Las Vegas’ biggest public relations and advertising agencies, has merged with Scott & Co., a creative design and digital agency formerly known as 1010 Collective.
The new partnership will continue operations as BRAINtrust Marketing + Communications.
Scott & Company founder Glen Scott will become executive creative director of BRAINtrust Marketing.
In that new position, Scott oversees creative strategies and manages a creative team including graphic designers, Web developers, video team and copywriters.
BRAINtrust, which has about 30 clients including United Way and Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada, adds some high-profile customers because of the merger.
Scott & Co. adds its client portfolio, which includes the El Cortez, The Smith Center for Performing Arts and Bon Appétit.
“Keeping with our over-arching strategy to be a leading, full-service agency with regional and national fire-power, joining forces with Scott & Company was a natural partnership,” Michael Coldwell, BRAINtrust managing partner, said in a statement.
No terms for the deal were announced.
