Downtown Films has named Jason Miller chief operating officer overseeing Downtown Films and Silver State Production Services, the destination and motion picture management component of Downtown Films. Philip Norbert has been named executive producer of Downtown Films. Norbert will take charge of new commercial development and special projects. Downtown Films has also named Krystal Aguilera office manager, Justin Folger production manager and Trevor White in-house editor.

The Make-A-Wish Southern Nevada board of directors voted to retain Melissa Warren, managing partner of Faiss Foley Warren Public Relations, as chairman of the board for a special fourth year. Justin Kalb, president of Kalb Industries, was elected to serve as vice chairman; Berna Rhodes-Ford, managing shareholder of Rhodes-Ford & Associates, P.C., was elected to serve as secretary of the board of directors.
