Project Neon, the $1.5 billion, 3.7-mile Spaghetti Bowl-to-Sahara Avenue rehabilitation project, left a pile of rubble in its wake on Tuesday as crews knocked down the last standing parts of the Walker Furniture warehouse on Martin Luther King Boulard.
