Macy's women's store at the Fashion Show to mark grand re-opening

The Macy’s women’s store at the Fashion Show is celebrating.

Saturday marks the grand re-opening of the expanded store that features added space in the shoe, handbag, jewelry and clothing departments. In addition to the space, a slew of new vendors were added, including Report and Frye in the shoe department, Betsey Johnson in handbags, Vince Camuto Watches and M. Kors cosmetics.

Most departments throughout the retailer were beefed up significantly: shoes went from 7,188 square feet to 12,733 square feet; fashion jewelry and watches takes up 6,545 square feet compared to its prior footprint of 3,268 square feet and cosmetics went from 7,093 square feet to 15,056 square feet. Ready-to-wear was expanded from 34,126 square feet to more than 70,000 square feet.
