Caesars Palace headliner Shania Twain, center, was on hand for the celebration Saturday when Las Vegas reclaimed the Great Santa Run title. Twain served as grand marshal of the event, which attracted 11,221 participants. That bettered the mark of 10,229 established a week ago by Liverpool, England.
